
Here is what you will need:
1. A quiet and clutter free space to practice yoga.
2. Make sure you have all the accessories needed so that you can successful modify the poses if necessary.

▪ Straps
▪ Blocks
▪ Blanket
▪ Bolsters
3. Pick a sequence or video that compliments you and the goals/intentions you have for yourself currently.
4. Schedule a time weekly for your practice.
5. An open, compassionate and positive attitude.
